Really disappointed with my experience during the weekend stay. I wish to provide a feedback on the following issues encountered by us: 1. Constant humming noise from the air conditioner throughout the time it was turned on 2.Power Point to which the aircon was connected was broken and there was risk of short circuit 3.No wardrobe, hangers, or anything else to hang clothes 4.No bin liner in the bins 5.Only 1 wine glass provided 6. The room was nothing like photos, unclean, tv remote broken. Floors were filthy, as was lounge. Clearly dont get mopped or vacuumed. The whole room was very unsatisfactory for the price. Very disappointing
I would never stay here again. The website and the prices charged are not an accurate representation of the quality of the rooms at all. Furnishings and fittings are very old, mismatched and in some cases not fit for purpose. Pans with broken handles, no knives. The mattresses have completely collapsed and one of the beds was practically unusable - the side had completely sunken. Each bed had only one sheet and one blanket, pillow cases were dirty - not stained - literally soiled and clearly not replaced from previous stays ... read more
Didn’t like how there was a broken fly screen door in my room and so ya and the bathroom was pretty small not enough space in there at all
Absolutely horrible experience payed for our room and arranged late check in to arrive at 10 as we were told our room would be left open for us drove 6 hours to get there and find out room was locked and has to drive 6 hours home they refuse to refund our money and have now blocked my number complete scam
