DO NOT BOOK Look at the other reviews and make a decision based on the majority of bad reviews. We booked months ago, received a confirmation email and then one the day before got an email saying they expect us between 2pm - 6pm. Was then told on the day there is no booking under my name and was then sent a fake email stating that I called and cancelled months ago. Doesn’t deserve 1 star
If I could rate a zero I would. Booked room and received an email confirming the booking and then another email the day before check in advising of what to do on arrival. We are from Brisbane and after driving 8.5 hours with a toddler in the car we arrived to find no one at reception. Called the number multiple times and after waiting for about 20 minutes I got a call from someone saying that our booking had been cancelled. I never received a cancellation email and after asking for it to be sent to me for proof it never was.... read more
Reasonably priced. Really just somewhere to lay your head. If I was in emergency housing I’d be heaps impressed. Apart from the pubes in the shower, reasonably clean. Parking - non existent! 2 towels? Clearly never had a woman who washes her hair. I’m being picky now.
