The owner of Lakes Region Seamless Gutters, actually answer the phone! First conversation, very polite, easy to communicate with and professional. Subsequent calls returned within hours, if you leave a voicemail. She showed up for appointments to see my job, on time. She saw what I wanted and also suggested what I should consider, things which made sense in the end. Prompt and professional! They did exactly what they promised and within the time frame they estimated, wonderful job! Also, excellent communication throughout the process which is hard to come by these days.
I reached out to have some gutters installed on my house and Audra responded quickly and came by the same day to provide an estimate. The crew showed up around a week later and they were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Great install and the gutters look great! This is the second time I've used this company and highly recommend them!
