Sitting on the phone line for ages. Assuming it's about bills being sent to collections like mine was. I went in loops about it a couple years ago and they claimed they didn't know how to fix the issue for me because they couldn't find the information. I was just stuck to wait it out on my credit. I'm stubborn though and I am rattling the cage again because as a young adult I need to fix my credit!

I had a Stroke in May 2021 that caused me to leave my job I the ER. They miss read the CT and missed that I had a stroke even after my Dr pushed them to read it again. It was 7 months before a Neurologist read it and said I had a stroke. But yet they still billed me full rate and would not change it. When I refused to pay the full amount they sent it to collections. I have nothing positive to say about them.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Never received a bill and was sent to a collection group. The bill was for a very small amount for serves as far back as 7 years ago.
