I love this hospital. No seriously. My husband and I both have serious chronic illnesses, and have to use their services far more often than anyone should ever have to. Every person, from the custodians, secrrtaries, CNAs/LNAs, transporters, imaging, lab techs to the nurses and doctors are always amazing to us. When the hospital was full for days and no one could accompany me to another floor to shower, they gave me everything I could ever need to take my nightly "sink baths". On the evening of Thursday July 31st, 2025, I went to the ER experiencing symptoms consistent with a stroke. As someone high risk for a stroke and a history of serious health concerns, I knew something was wrong. The physician was wonderful but I waited 2 hours to be seen and the ER was not busy. This is the second time I have run into this

I can say anything good about this hospital. My 89 year old mother was brought to the emergency room at 1:00 in the afternoon from Golden View Nursing Home. And released at 2:00 am. How anyone thought this was a good idea. She landed back in the hospital 2 days later, this time I would not let her go back to Concord hospital. We brought her Sphere Hospital in Plymouth where she has been for a week.So much better!!!!!
