CJ went up and above and made a call to corporate headquarters for us when his local competitor told us to try to call ourselves. He was very informative and took the time to answer all of our questions and made some great suggestions. Will be going back when the new IPhones come out in October.
I am blown away by how courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient my experience with CJ Rock has been. He set up my new iPhone 16, answered all questions, and through it all was incredibly patient and highly competent. Recommend highly- would give 10 stars if it were possible.
