Terrible service. Charged my wife 200$ to take a off a virus and then afterwards told me the computer was broken and needed to be replaced.

I must say Lakes Region Computer has been fantastic. Every time we have an issue at the office Daniel or Logan are on the case to get it fixed for us!! Daniel really goes above and beyond for us! We appreciate you! Thank you to everyone at the office!

I brought my computer in for repair in November and was told the repair could be done once a part was ordered. After waiting, we contacted the business and were told the part order had been canceled and needed to be reordered. This same issue happened two more times, with zero communication to us each time — we only found out because we called.
