Not the first time I have left without being seen. It appears chronic pain, day and night, doesn't rate on the triage scale. At no point was pain relief offered (I was in tears).Seems like so many triage nurses for only 2 doctors.
Went twice in a week and very little wait. Was seen by Dr Nukumai Wallace who was very kind caring. I would recommend to enroll with him.
Got injured during netball game, came into medical centre and everyone was so friendly and the staff were super efficient and kind, the Doctor had a good sense of humour, and was in and out of there 1 hour and half, great service, good manners and professional.
Was seen really quickly, great service and medical care. Highly recommend!
