The units are big and you get a lot for your money. Unfortunately the Board of Directors the past 2+ years (2023-2025) have allowed the property to get run down. The landscaping looks like it's just about dead and barren. There is no communication from the Board, if you own here, you're one your own in figuring out what's going on.
very cozy community. Haven't seen anything better for the price.
It's a nice peaceful locality just by Rock Island road. It is clean and well maintained.
