This place is so rude the way the staff talks to you it makes you not even comfortable getting procedures done here choose any other OB/GYN but this one please!
It’s so surreal that a primary care would dictate what type of treatment they would provide based off your insurance!. Today was my first time at lakes ob/gyn when he walk in the room I noticed he had attitude and was not professional however I kept my cool, when he found out I have united healthcare he started apologizing and stating I’m sorry I thought you didn’t have insurance! I am so happy that my mom referred me to Dr.Epstein. I came in because I had a few fibroids that needed to go at first I was scared and he assured me that I'll be ok. Doc performed a successful surgery he's happy and I'm happy. Even the staff is nice and friendly. Wilnoya (I know I spelled her name wrong) even worked around the clock to help me, now you can't tell me that that's not great. I love yall at Lakes OBGYN.
