Lakes is the first place i call for fast parts, always finds what I need. Service has been great every time I walked into their shop. Called this week to see if they had a rear linkage rebuild kit for my cr125r. They didn't have one in stock but they called me back a few hours later and said it was ready for pickup. Amazon or Ebay can't keep up with that service, glad I called. Staff is very knowledgeable in the motorsports industry.
Said they would order a tire and never ordered it i called they were supposed to have it Saturday then don't know about when it will be here till Monday bad customer service. Just know they move on there time when you need to get things done.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced called to try and get a idea or schedule a time for my quad and just said nope can’t, can’t schedule anything we don’t need anymore business we are already to much behind. Yeah I’m ok lol I have my own small business and I would never talk or treat a ASKING customer like that
