Great centre.
So we are 11 months on after receiving the brand new Kona n line. Just had 15k service to be told need new tyres??? They are trying to blame my driving style with out investigating any further. I am gob smacked at the absolute contempt they have shown me in this matter. I will not recommend this place to anyone...and if I have I take it all back.
Lakes hyundai has to be hands down THE worst place of business I've ever dealt with. I took my car in for a simple air con compressor replacement, ended up doing 6 trips back due to them damaging my car every single time and not completing the jobs they said they done on my car. They placed the hose into my car instead of under which resulted in flooding my car. My car needed the carpets replaced, they replaced my carpets after a fight for it to be done, they then ripped the leather on my door removing the seats. The list is... read more
