Been waiting 9 months for an 02 sensor. Had 2 services on my car inbetween, 45000km and 60000km. Told them both times beforehand that the 02 sensor needs replacing. Someone was supposed to call me after they failed to get an 02 sensor for the 45000km service, to tell me the part was in so I could bring my car in and get it replaced but nobody called. If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my brand new Chery in for its first complimentary service at Lakes Hyundai (who share with Chery) and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. When I booked my service in person while collecting my new car, I was told about the courtesy bus service, sounded great at the time. Wrong. I arrived at 7:50am for an 8am start and was immediately asked if I wanted to wait for the service, which would “only take about an hour.” Living just 5 minutes away and ... read more

Great experience so far regarding my new I30 nline premium. From my first contact with Daniel, to the day of my first service the communication has been professional and the team have all gone above and beyond to attend my needs and answer all of my questions.
Just purchased a Hyundai Kona Hybrid N-Line. The best car ever, such fun to drive. Thanks to the wonderful service from Ethan Hall, who took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me into my new vehicle and in a very timely manner.
