My husband and I started buying a house from palm harbor homes back in September. The salesman Corey was amazing! He went above and beyond for us to get financing. Everything was great up until it was time for permits and getting the house finished. We were told since we were buying the lot model we will be moved in our new home between 3-4 months. I bought a used mobile home. They pretty much got for free. No insulation underneath was told everything was gonna be fixed. Nothing was fixed. AC blows cold air under the house not in the house was told to have the roof fixed. Never did it put a different color siding in the back cause when they took it apart, they lost the vinyl siding? The worst company I ever dealt with I would never recommend them to anybody unless you’re in a trailer park didn’t even finish hooking up the plumbing
