Adam and Tina were really easy to work with. My toilet stopped working on a Sunday morning. It was probably a fix I could have done, but I wimped out when it came to turning off the plastic pull-on, push-in water valve. So, even though Tina and Adam assured me I could do it, I chose to have Adam come out and do it for me. He arrived with the parts in hand and fixed it within about 10 minutes. They are very responsive and helpful. I will be calling them again for any future repair issues.
I hired Adam because he had done great work for my grandparent's at a fair cost. I needed him for a roof repair. Not only did he do it quickly, but he was professional and honest. I will hire him again for future repairs.
Reached out to Lake’s general contracting to have a tv hung on our tile fire place, and they were very quick to get back to us, great communication, and very friendly. We will definitely be calling them again, and recommending them to all our family and friends.
Adam has done a couple of projects for us and did a great job. The most recent was repairing a collapsing dining room subfloor that had been improperly altered by a previous contractor for the former owner of our home. It became apparent when the flooring started to "sag" when walked upon. It would have collapsed if we kept walking on it! He repaired the previous poor workmanship and the floor is now solid.
