Adam Lake ended up building a 508SF cedar deck for my family and I around our pool. He is very talented and the deck turned out better than we could ever imagine. We even changed the design up on him a couple times, threw him a couple curve balls. and he was more than willing to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. I am very pleased with the work Adam did to repair some damage to the exterior of my home. I first just wanted a simple fix, but after reconsidering decided on a more thorough approach. Adam graciously came back to review my needs and provided a revised estimate. He and his assistants completed the work quickly and thoroughly . I plan to have Adam do some additional work in the near future.
Adam came out to repair floorboards that were creaking and did an outstanding job. The first time he came out he repaired all the obvious ones and the second time was to fix the walls shifting from walking near them. I didn't think he could fix those but he did. Also he fixed the creaking in my hardwood floors. Overall he did an outstanding job and I am really happy with how much it cost too.
Adam has completed at least four home repair/upgrades for us over the past few years, and all of his work has been top-notch. Tina always made routine scheduling a breeze, and our single urgent job was scheduled - and completed - much quicker than we ever expected. We're now looking forward to a deck replacement with full confidence that Adam will handle that just as well as he did our previous projects.
