Excellent service, I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dental work and I could not recommend them more highly. I required an extraction and I was in a great deal of pain. I was treated with respect, patience and kindness. That I was able to relax during the procedure. The tooth was removed quickly and the follow up to see how I was after has changed my experience to a positive one.

I can not reccomend enough! Saw Dr Sashreeka, Being an extremely anxious patient that was going in with a voucher after ordeals with another dental clinic, I was very worried with the reviews on this clinic, i can 100% say I will be returning. From the welcome when entering the clinic to sitting in the chair and being informed with the procedure, being reassured the whole time and asked to voice any concerns i had throughout, i was extremely relieved and now have a whole new outlook on dental work. After a long association with Lakes Dental I am very disappointed with the new person. After a simple filling yesterday 20/5/24 I have a fat top lip still because of his rough handling. No people skills & I suggest he might be better going into bricklaying, dentistry is not his forte. Update 15/5/2025 - Delighted to return and find the offending person no longer 'practising' and a very skilled and people oriented dentist in his place. As a low income patient the dentist was rude and dismissive. He just wanted to pull my tooth out. I insisted on a filling and has left me with a poor result, sharp edges and still aching. He also did not have several products he needed and was rude to his staff because products were not in stock. I now have to save up and pay a proper dentist to get it fixed. Very poor treatment probably because I was a low income voucher patient
