Walked in to see if I could book a time to have our car seen to! One of the staff was in reception area on the phone - business call so no problem there but when he was finished he walked back into the workshop without any acknowledgment I was there or “I will be with you in a moment” and proceeded to talk socially to someone for about five minutes before I said “ Excuse me is someone able to help me” and he answered quite abruptly “ I will be with you in a moment “ and continued his social conversation! Travelling through Lakes Entrance we had trouble with the battery charger in our van, Daniel came at 6pm, .tested , supplied and fitted new charger at a very reasonable cost. Exceptional service and a very nice young man.Can highly recommend
What a champ. You know you’ve got a good tradie when they go above and beyond and you’re only passing through!! Blew a master fuse in our van- old mate drove to his supplier to grab them for us, 2 fuses total bill $20. Seriously that’s amazing service! Thanks heaps for getting us back on the road. Lifesaver!!
I was traveling from Tasmania and had an unexpected battery or alternator issue. The boss fitted me in the next morning and thankfully it was just a battery needed. Great service and allowed us to continue on our journey uninterrupted.
Excellent place for auto electrics and car air-conditioning. Would recommend.
