Unethical, Price Gougers and take advantage of the uneducated consumer - Spoke with manager Mike at Lake Electronics and advised him that the part he was quoting as a $577 repair quote is only worth $160 for a power supply. My wife was scheduled this only because it was recommended by Samsung. She was home alone at home when the repair technician came and quoted us an insanely expensive part and labor costs. The Absolute Worse!!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!!!!! Their customer service is non-existant. The service tech was unprofessional, rude & careless. They scratched and dented my Brand New Washer. He actually had it lying on the floor, on the concrete. After 5 days I still have not received a response from Lake Electronics. When I called today and asked to speak with the owner. I was told he is involved in a lawsuit and was not available. Surprise, surprise.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!!!!! Their customer service is non-existant. The service tech was unprofessional, rude & careless. They scratched and dented my Brand New Washer. He actually had it lying on the floor, on the concrete. After 5 days I still have not received a response from Lake Electronics. When I called today and asked to speak with the owner. I was told he is involved in a lawsuit and was not available. Surprise, surprise. I waited 5 days to write this just to give them the benefit of the doubt.

. Worst repair service! This company was recommended by Haier as their repair service. My Haier washer needed a simple electronic control panel replacement. When the first technician came he changed electronic panel BUT broke the top of washer. When I asked them to come again and replace the top second technician came. He spent more than 3 hours to replace top of Washer and broke my unfortunate Washer completely. It stops to wash at all and clips which hold washer lid were broken too. I was in shock. Stay as far away as you can from this garbage company. Extremely rude and apparently uneducated customer service reps that they appeared to have hired of a street corner. Tried to setup an appointment with them for about a week. Samsung kept saying they will give me a call with in 48 hrs and never did, Finally when appointment was set for the morning they called and said they would be there sometime in the afternoon.
