Payal S Patel at Clinicalabs is truly exceptional at what she does. My father went through a painful ordeal at three different clinics in Kingswood, where staff struggled to draw his blood, attempting twice each time and leaving him bruised and in severe pain. I had a really disappointing experience at Lakes Drive Family Practice. The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me in a degrading way with no kindness or patience. I’m a university student and was getting my serology done for the first time, so I didn’t know I needed to see a GP beforehand. Instead of offering guidance, I was met with dismissiveness and no help at all. After leaving, I went to Glenmore Park Doctors, where the difference was night and day.
