I had a really disappointing experience at Lakes Drive Family Practice. The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me in a degrading way with no kindness or patience. I’m a university student and was getting my serology done for the first time, so I didn’t know I needed to see a GP beforehand. No words. Just don't use this so called medical facility. I am reporting this practice to my local member Tania Davies and the medical complaints department of NSW. Got 2 x tests done but receptionist too rude and unable to stop lecturing to actual listen. My result unknown now due to the fact i will never step one foot in that pig sty, talentless, useless, rude, unprofessional so called doctors practice, to help people ? building again. Wow. Sop bad.
