Been trying to get them back since December to correct a few issues after installing a new system - said they were coming two different times, and quit answering and returning my phone calls after they failed to show up the second time. Having to hire someone else to fix.
Terrible customer service. Zero communication
I highly recommend Lakes Country Heating and Air! Kyler was very kind, professional, honest, and responsive and to our problems. First encounter was for service of our split mini's. While he was here he noticed the boiler pressure was zero so he added water and came back and added glycol. This year our 25 year old boiler died. Kyler came ASAP and confirmed that we had back up heat until he was able to obtain a new boiler to install. Again very fair pricing and ASAP service to get the new boiler installed.
