Before we even arrived, the property attempted to cancel our booking and then tried to blame Booking.com, despite this not being the case. They repeatedly asked me to approve the cancellation. After several discussions, they eventually honoured the booking. On arrival, we were not made to feel welcome. There was no introduction to the resort, no explanation of facilities, and we were initially given the wrong keys. Great few days when we stayed. Lovely out door areas/pools. Restaurant by the main reception was amazing. Great food and cocktails
Amazing facilities and amenities - cleanliness could do with a bit more attention but nothing that ruins your stay :)
We stayed at Lake Cairns Resort for 3N and the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities. Location is close to esplanade with a short can ride away. Highly Recommended!
