I would not recommend staying here. After checking in, we were told that guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment before departure, including taking out the bins and washing dishes (which felt unreasonable given the price we paid ($560AUD for 2 nights). The check-in process was also inconvenient. Since we arrived after hours, we had to collect our key from a lockbox and then walk nearly 1km around to a different entrance just to access the complex. BAD.BAD.BAD. Room 1306. We booked through a 3rd party. When we got there the underground parking is really hard to get in and out of with anything but a small car. The lift smelt terrible. Like wet dog and old food. The room its self also smelt bad. We had to go buy bicarb soda and place pots around the apartment to stop the smell. There are cockroaches! In our booking we paid for breakfast included, only to find that they no longer do this and if we wanted our money back we'd have to take it up with booking.com. The washing... read more
