I went in with quite a few concerns about my car, I had been putting off some maintance. As a women, I usually feel on edge when it comes to going to the mechanic but Joe was patient and attentive with my concerns and took notes. He explained that it was $129 to run a full diagnostics on my car and once that was completed was very thorough with running me through what my car needed. He was factual and not pushy.
