Had issues with my electric and loss of power. Chased the site manager several times with someone will followup but no one has ever called . Called and texted while it was under warranty but now it isn't. This happens during a heavy rains and one breaker fails all the time. Now we have to fix because Pulte never followed up on issue.
I worked with Todd and Andy when we bought our new home. Both men are professional and responsive to any questions that we have had. My home was built impeccably. I am very satisfied with all of our encounters.
