Update August 26, 2025: It has now been 3 and a half MONTHS since I notified the office of the black stuff (mold??) growing on the a/c wall vent and inside the vent itself, and to date no one has come to even look at it! Isn't that a priority health risk? Also, I live beside of the office/pool, and the pool has not been open at all this summer (2025), although I'm paying for that amenity. Honest review after living here for 6 years (never had to file a complaint before this year and have never received a single complaint towards me). Beware! This is not the quiet, community-based apartment complex it used to be whatsoever. All respectful tenants are continuously being driven out. The last 2 years being the absolute worst. I could not wait to move out of my apartment once my lease was up this year. Management is nonexistent!
