I bought a home with Century Communities five months ago, and to this day they have not repaired the warranty items that were reported from the beginning. Instead of resolving the issues, they keep delaying and avoiding responsibility. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. LAKEs? It's one small Retention pond required for development. Clear or virtually clear cutting each lot that will in time take remove the wooded feel. Love the owners response. Note they do not question the comments. Why the need to clear cut? Cost cutting without any concern for environment and cleaner air!
Excellent community. Quiet, safe, and friendly for families. The builder offers great service and communication. Kercheva was very professional and helpful throughout the process.
