I was given a referral from Crow Wing County to call about services for my mother. Colleen called me back and started asking person questions about her needs. Called about a wheelchair ramp was told to talk to the county. I had already talked to the county and was told to call them. Was told to never call them again and hung up on. Is this really how you run a company meant to help people? I would not recommend them to anyone.
