100% rip off / con artist! Whether to get a car inspection they told me my tie rods were bad, so I had my tie rods replaced in the process of doing that I went ahead and got new tires. I then went back to them to have a tire alignment as I drove away my car was worse than it was to begin with the steering wheel was out of whack, and it was pulling heavy to the right.
