The front desk and the therapist are amazing!! Billing is absolutely horrible!!! I spoke with billing and she said "Oh I may have your check here but I only deposit once or maybe twic3 a month" yet you keep sending out bills as if I have not paid them, which I did but you did not take the time to deposit the check. Then Dec 19th you send me a bill for services in October..really. I have been to many PT and never a billing issue. Ma6be the person in billing needs an assistant or replacement.
Agree with the other posts about terrible customer service. They were not apologetic about shedding my referral and when asked what dates they called because I did not have voicemails from them on my phone record. They said they could not provide that information because they shredded it. Do not recommend going here strictly because of the rude customer service for scheduling.
I agree with these other posts. This place was horrible. Very unprofessional staff, including the nasty manager Becky who hung the phone up on me. I was also thrown into gold's gym on my own and the therapists worked on numerous patients at the same time. Save yourself from dealing with this nasty place and find a different PT provider.
