Wonderful Doctor and Amazing Staff! Dr. Shamaila Ilyas is an excellent and caring family doctor. She truly listens, understands, and treats her patients with great care and respect. I’ve never met a doctor like her in Canada, she’s simply the best! Also, Kamal at the front desk she’s always so kind, helpful, and sweet. Together, they make every visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend this clinic!
Today I registered myself as a patient at this medical centre and the experience was very pleasant. Dr. Azeem Arif is a very professional individual who gives his personal attention to patients medical concerns and this is rare. If slot is still open and he's accepting new patience, I would highly recommend that to those who are looking for a professional GP in a true sense.
Above and beyond service! I had such a hard time with a previous family clinic, and on last notice, Lakeridge Medical took me in and took stress off my plate. Thank you Kamal, you are such a sweet registered nurse and Vivek the manager for being ever so kind, professional, and show the true meaning of superior medical care!!! So grateful that I came across this place and highly recommend to everyone in the area!!!
Dr Illyas has been amazing for me and my family. Truly listens, explains everything clearly, and makes us feel well cared for every visits. Her receptionist is just wonderful, friendly, organized and always welcoming. Together, they make an excellent team.
