Excellent service from Dr Dhaliwal she is pleasant caring and always willing to listen Staci is also a caring nurse and very professional
She's awesome and took me as patient right away when a friend refered me to her shes understanding, helpful, calm and doesn't rush you but I wish her doctors office was open 5 days a week
I LOVE dr. Dhaliwal and have been a patient for nearly a decade but recently Dr. Gill has taken over and it’s been a nightmare. The incompetence is very visible, trying to send me for irrelevant testing, I’ve been weeks without my medication I’ve been on for 12 years before she won’t refill it without me coming in when I work daily. Disgusting.
Dr. Dhaliwal is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very thorough and takes her time with you. I have never had to wait more than 10 mins when my appointment is scheduled. Her assistant Stacey is also wonderful. Great medical practice, I feel lucky to be her patient.
The new receptionist is very rude. When I found Dr. Dhaliwal was off on medical leave, I asked my prescription renewal sent to my pharmacy. She said no! I needed to see the Dr. She could not give me an appointment. I asked again for my prescription to be faxed to the pharmacy, she said no again!!! Then I got upset and she hung up and now won't answer!!! This is disgusting on how patient are treated when dealing with health issues. I alsos asked to speak with her manager and again she hung up. I'm lodging a formal Complaint
