The staff there is nice and helpful. The director of care excellent. Grandma loves it here.
I have the say the property staff must be extremely busy taking care of their residents. I left 3 different messages asking for a tour of the property. I even call the Senior Executive Director....not 1 person called me back. Hopefully they take great care of their seniors because their customer service is terrible. Maybe they shouldn't waste their time advertising if they can't keep up.
