I am so disappointed by the behaviour of rude indian muslim lady with short hair looks little old like 40s she was at reception i came to meet my grandmother she was like oh your name is not in register i cant let u in and was busy in using her phone not paying any attention to me i ask her few questions she was not able to answer it couldn’t even understand english
God bless the lovely people that help old people!
The staff there is nice and helpful. The director of care excellent. Grandma loves it here.
