I visited the ER after experiencing an early miscarriage. While I wasn’t in much physical pain, the emotional impact was significant. The registration process was smooth, and the triage nurse, along with the lady at the front desk, were both kind and soft-spoken, which made a difference during a difficult time. I had a great experience at Lakeridge Health Port Perry. The staff were incredibly quick, professional, and compassionate throughout my visit. From check-in to treatment, everything was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the attentive care and the way they kept me informed during the entire process. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent service!

We are so lucky to have this wonderful hospital and Drs and Nurses in our town. Never had a bad experience. It is an extremely difficult job when you only see ppl at there worst. Thank you so much for being here for us ALL

I had hernia surgery Mar. 17 with Dr. Stryde and I was totally impressed with the Port Perry surgical team. Every person I dealt with was professional, caring and kind. From the volunteer in the day surgery waiting room to the nurses who got me ready to everyone in the operating theatre and the nurses in recovery. It was a really good experience. In these days of cuts and overwork I want to say to all of you that you should be so proud of the work you do - truly wonderful. My heartfelt thanks!! Susan Whittington
