My experience at the hospital was so good. I felt like I was home. The staffs are super friendly. They were taking care of the patient like their family member. I was so lucky to have nurse Rebecca for the day. She bought me a drink from tims. Also, the nurse students were so involved. Sensing good nurses and ofcourse they are trained by the best nurse(Rebecca). The lady who was serving lunch gave me a sandwich since it was a Sunday and the cafe was closed. I visited the ER after experiencing an early miscarriage. While I wasn’t in much physical pain, the emotional impact was significant. The registration process was smooth, and the triage nurse, along with the lady at the front desk, were both kind and soft-spoken, which made a difference during a difficult time. I had a great experience at Lakeridge Health Port Perry. The staff were incredibly quick, professional, and compassionate throughout my visit. From check-in to treatment, everything was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the attentive care and the way they kept me informed during the entire process. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent service!

We are so lucky to have this wonderful hospital and Drs and Nurses in our town. Never had a bad experience. It is an extremely difficult job when you only see ppl at there worst. Thank you so much for being here for us ALL
