I bought one of these homes. The HOA Don Asher that is not located in Winter Haven & sends nasty threatening letters around the holidays; and the letters make up violations, this is the only way they justified their very expensive HOA fees. They aren't located in Winter Haven, but near Orlando FL. The board member has been casing their neighbors homes. Even though it is a gated community, the gate is broken most of the time. I bought one of these homes. They used the cheapest materials that they got away with. Home are around seven years old. The foundations are cracking. Big problems with the water system. You will have to repair or replace ever thing in this home, inside and out!
