Great place, awesome people!
Awful customer service. Bought a 2020 demo Pacifica in 2021 with low km and had issues right away. Had it in multiple times regarding same issue which they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Transmission just went it (which was the issue right from the start) and when I called Service, was advised that since it’s under new ownership they have no prior records and cannot access any information of it being in there prior to new ownership. Will never deal with them again and would advise others to stay clear.
We have a 10 year old Jeep, which recently required some attention that was specific to a dealership repair. We had not had previous positive experience with a dealership close to us near Oshawa. We opted to drive the 50 kilometres to Port Hope. What an excellent decision. We received prompt, and courteous care from Josh at the Service Desk. My experience was with service (Josh) and mechanic(Paul). Both were pleasant and patient with me. Im always nervous about dealerships. Bad experience in the past. Not this time. Pricing was fair.
