My experience was with service (Josh) and mechanic(Paul). Both were pleasant and patient with me. Im always nervous about dealerships. Bad experience in the past. Not this time. Pricing was fair. Well, like Deanna read below! We had the same thing just happen to us. Explained that we needed to get a new truck in our name and remove someone else's. Come to find out all 3 of us are on the loan now! Seems Eric has some real skills behind the scenes. My advice to you is READ every piece of paper word for word, don't send anyone there alone separately to sign "their name of the old truck" or here's another one don't deal with the sales dept at all and don't look to Craig to help they both told us to call the bank.
