We booked an in person tour for today at one o'clock. No one was there. A maintenance person said the office staff were on vacation and there was no one to help us. He said we could do a virtual tour, and after a half hour of trying to get the virtual tour to work, we gave up and left. Technology is great, but there are occasions when an actual person is preferred.
