Very prompt response to A/C not cooling with temps of 102. After hours maintenance! Tom Looked over everything and found the problem. Fixed immediately. Stayed and tested air temp and then did checks on the unit. Came back the next day to replace a switch. Obviously not just an average maintenance person, very knowledgeable.
Made an appointment a week in advance, got there, knocked - no answer, heard loud laughing, rang the doorbell- no answer, more loud laughing... complete disregard and disrespect.
We had a very good experience when our AC unit went out. They got us ac the same day. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you.
This was the best move in experience I can recall of all the various military moves my family has done. Craig is extremely professional and an expert at his job. Well done Redwood!
