Just bought a newly constructed home from Lakenridge Builders. The house is beautiful and thoughtfully constructed with built in storage and a well planned layout to make it feel bigger than the square footage. My parents hired them to redo their bathroom since they had done such a great job redoing their deck a number of years ago. The owner expanded beyond his means since then and sent one guy and his wife (who were nice, but a slow workers) for the entire project, which was a logistical nightmare (the money was handled by the owner's sister-in-law, the designer was never given the proper measurements, and at one point, a painter just randomlyshowed up), went massively over budget (they'd buy things, then add an extra fee for hav... read more
Jamie and the Lakenridge team provide incredible craftsmanship for homes. The care and quality they provide is truly top-tier, especially for the cost. My family and I have loved the home they built. Also, Jamie and his team have been very responsive for any questions and needs we’ve had even after being in the home for a few months. They are truly a great team that that I would highly recommend for building your dream home!
