I was impressed by this company from my first conversation with Marge to schedule an appointment. She was so kind and provided important information. Evan and Gene arrived as scheduled and could not have been more personable as well as professional. They clearly are knowledgeable and worked diligently to be sure our system was performing properly. They explained everything and made sure we understood how to operate everything. A fantastic company to work with!!
Great security with good customer service
I love that they are a local company in Raleigh. I couldn’t be happier with the system they've installed!
Absolutely phenomenal service. Evan walked me through everything and made sure we had exactly what we needed to get our system up and running at our new house. He was thorough and detailed and gave multiple options for us to choose from. Would not hesitate to recommend Omni to anyone looking to secure their home
