Stay away from this builder. Bought a home from them and reported water issues under crawl space and a missing downspout to them within the first month and was told that they would take care of the problem. They have sent couple guys over to take pictures and promised to take care of the issues but 1.5 years later, nothing was done. Every time, I've sent them email, I was told that my house is of importance to them and they'll take care of the problems. Stay away from this company. They changed their name - they were called Benjamin Ryan before. Do your research before you spend your hard earned money with this horrible builder. The single worst transaction of my life. I regret it on a daily basis. The owner does not care, the employees emulate the owner's attitude and the trades they use are clueless.
Yeah agreed STAY AWAY they are the same company as Benjamin Ryan Builders. Furnace to small, electrical that pops circuits all day. Sub contractors that worked for them wont re work their work. These guys are the reason there should be regulations on builders.
