Dr. Swart is the most kind doctor one could ask for. He is thorough so you may have to wait a while - but he is worth the wait. Also, Celia did her absolute best to deliver my results (needed by a surgeon's clinic in Montreal) in order for my procedure to proceed. It was a very urgent situation. Thank you, Celia.
I don't even want to give one star too, because I am their patient from last 6 years. I called today to talk about my son's appointment and cancel the next days appointment and include it with my appointment on 9th of March. But instead who ever picked up the call was very rude and did not listen properly to what I wanted. Later the lady said my appointment doesn't exist on March 9th, when I clearly booked it, I need the check up because I'm diabetic patient and these guys are treating it like a joke and not willing to liste... read more
The staff consistently demonstrate a lack of professionalism and basic social skills. They rarely answer their phones, and when they finally return calls, they sound irritated, dismissive, and uninterested in what you’re trying to explain. Interruptions are constant, and it feels impossible to communicate effectively. Overall, the service is extremely poor, and the way this clinic operates raises serious concerns. Record your calls whenever speaking to them over the phone, they constantly make mistakes and LIE!
I had a walk-in appointment today with Dr. Johan Swart, and it was one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor in Canada. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the issue. Dr. Swart was incredibly patient and thorough, asking all the right questions without ever rushing. I really appreciated his attentive and caring approach. Highly recommend!
Dr. Sana has been absolutely wonderful. She is attentive, caring, and is genuinely invested in my mother’s health. She is very knowledgeable, especially in women’s health, and always takes the time to listen. We never feel rushed during appointments; she addresses every concern with patience and clarity.
