Worst staff at the reception. They will not talk to you properly and even after checking in on time, 10 mins before the appointment time. I had to wait 1 hr to see the doctor. They don’t know how to schedule and manage appointments. Extremely disappointed
Front staff not adequately trained. My visit was for a handicap placard. The form was filled out by my doctor and I paid my admin fee $60 . My doctor told me the form needs to be stamped but when I asked the front desk she inquired with three staff members and the said a stamp from the doctors office was NOT required (wrong!). I went to the registry office and was turned away as it was not stamped.
