I had an excellent experience at Lakemba Radiology. My son’s ultrasound was quite urgent, and despite calling at the last minute, the team kindly accommodated us and arranged an appointment promptly. Worst experience of my life. Every time I come to this center I encounter rudeness from the receptionist Nabila. Very unprofessional. Nabila does not understand how to speak to patients or the English language. She talks to patients like you would speak to a dog. When I called the center to make my appointment she was quite short and rude and when I asked her to repeat the instructions because she speaks very quickly and not clear she responded I told you already and hung up on me.
