I recently visited Lakemba Radiology for an urgent ultrasound, and my experience was very positive. The staff were helpful, understanding, and arranged my scan on an urgent basis, which I really appreciated. I was a little hesitant because of some of the Google reviews, but my personal experience was much better than I expected. Everyone treated me professionally and did their best to help. I'm very happy with the service I received and would like to thank the team for their care and efficiency.
I went in for my daughter’s X-ray without an appointment. The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us and complete the scan. Unfortunately, my little daughter wasn’t able to go through with it, so we’ll be returning next week to try again. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the staff’s kindness and support.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the ultrasound examination performed at your imaging center on June 12. I paid $200 for the service. At the time of the examination, I was 26 weeks pregnant and relied on your facility's professional expertise to provide an accurate assessment of my baby's condition. Very unprofessional and unhygienic place . I wanted to drink water so there were one time cups and water tank but those cups were I felt like washed even though it was one time cups . I asked if it’s clean and they said it is and I got cup from the middle when I was drinking water suddenly I noticed small rubbish in the cup it was disgusting experience and they did not even said sorry. I don’t how did they qualify to work here with no manner and communication skills
