My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lakemab Radiology. We received high-quality, professional care from the reception staff (especially the lady wearing a hijab), and the sonographer was equally amazing and professional. The radiology report showed that all ultrasound images were reviewed accurately, and the findings were reported correctly. A big "thank you" to the entire team!
Most disgusting experience on the phone I told her I could have a cancerous lump and she brushed it off as I needed to check it asap ! So unprofessional
Very bad experience with them and the customer service is very very bad especially the girl with hijab I’ve been with synergy for more than 9 years but all my experience was with campsie branch And this was my first time with lakemba branch and it will be my last time

The reception staff is so uncooperative and rude and just because they don’t want to do things they will assume things about you they don’t know
