Worst medical centre in Australia
Actually I do not have any speech to say, I do not know how this medical centre was authorised. Last Thursday I take appointment for Saturday 9:00am. But when I reached there, the receptionist said, there is no name on their list. I am sick and the receptionist said they can not take appointment till 2:20pm. So I come back. This is not only day that happen for me, every one say this, my GP is there so I need to go but in every appointment they did mistake, I am fedup now. If I see this again, I will complain upstairs.
No professionalism at all. Reception girls behaviour are not good, they are making fun of people. They know the wait time is more but taking appointments and making patients to wait and suffer. They are having lots of bad review's but they don’t care and don’t want to change in their management and behaviour.
The receptionist I spoke to was completely unhelpful. I called because someone was in a critical state, and the response I got was, “You should have called earlier.” The lack of basic empathy is unacceptable in a medical setting.
Worse customer service..you should cancel all your plans before you come here. always had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. Unpleasant and definitely not professionals... not recommended overall. Very poor service
