I had a very disappointing experience with this tax service. We hired her to prepare and file our taxes, but after 2–3 years, our returns were still not filed. During that time, she repeatedly requested additional documents and information but did not take ownership of the process or provide clear guidance when we got stuck. Lakshmi and her team are true professionals. I had an accountant for a few years and when they suddenly retired, Lakeline Tax was able to pick up the pieces and get my taxes in order. Saved me some money in the process. Great team to work with.

This was a great tax business to use. Lakshmi made everything incredibly easy about doing my most complicated tax return yet. The app that they utilize makes the information exchange very easy, and she does a meeting with you to go over the final draft.
