I work at a medical insurance company, so I talk to providers and members all day. I wanted to say that 1st b/c the type of complaint I'm going to give about this place is about the front desk staff and their responsibility to their patients and their providers. I spoke to a elderly woman with bright blue eyes, when she quoted me my co-pay I was shocked as it was $70 for contact lenses. $10 for the co-pay and $60 for fitting. They have poor customer service. I was told on the phone that they could tell me my diopter from my existing glasses and would do so for no charge. This would enable me to get some swimming goggles that would help me see while swimming. When I arrived at the store, I was then informed that they would not do it, and that I needed to see a doctor for a prescription. I wouldn't have minded if that was what they had told me on the phone. I will be getting my next set of glasses elsewhere.

Macy's PIECE OF CRAP JEWELRY!!! I have wore my engagement ring for less then 9 months and it broke 4 TIMES!!!. The diamonds keep falling off. THIS LAST TIME I HAD 2 DIAMONDS FALL OFF. One of the diamonds they replaced turned yellow. When I went to ask why the diamond turned yellow the manager with attitude told me "diamonds don't change colors"... really? because it was white last week when I got it, Does that mean is not a diamond?. This is the first time I am giving a bad review about a place. Picture People at Lakeline Mall: We had an appointment at this store at 4.40 pm, but we ended up being 20 minutes late so we were there at 5.00 pm. We were told to either get an appointment for a different day or the same day at 7.40 pm, since they were very busy. Since we planned for it, we decide we will hang out in the mall and get the same day 7.40 PM appointment. So this time, we checked in at 7.30 pm. Very fast service, Hassle free return, thanks! – I went to Eyemasters because I needed affordable lenses fast, as I was suddenly needing to drive to Dallas and had broken my glasses. My optometrist (not the one at their store) messed up my new prescription in one eye. So... when my glasses were ready at the end of the day, something just didn't feel right. Lakeline Mall Optometry-Dr. Dwarsky – Dr. Dwarsky is EXCELLENT at testing your vision and fitting you with contact lenses. He is extreemly patient, kind, listens to what you say and puts you in the very best product he has available.

Clinique, Lakeline Mall – I admit I went to the Clinique counter at Lakeline during bonus time; however, there was ONE sales consulant on duty. There were consultants from other counters helping her ring up sales. The consultant was very attentive to my needs and helped me find new makeup I needed due to a change in my skin type. Unfortunately the product I needed was not in stock but "would come in soon." So I gave her my name and phone number, purchased other product and left. Lakeline Picture People poorly managed – This place is not professionally mananged. We had to wait for hours even for a booked appointment.The photographer was inexperienced, the quality was so bad. We requested for reprint 3 times and gave up. It was dark color and they had no clue on how to adjust it! I would not recommend anybody to this place!!!

Terrible Terrible!!!!!! – I had an eye exam there a couple of weeks ago. My previous numbers were -2.75 (OS) and -3.00(OD). After the examination, Dr. Patel's new prescription included the following : -3.75 (OS) and -4.75 (OD). I have been wearing my glasses for more than 10 years and I have never had such a huge change.
