Raff is the man if you need a rehabilitatory and remedial massage. With more steel in me then the 6 million dollar man, finding a masseuse that will work on me and actually know what to do AND fix it, is a tall ask. Raffs knowledge of anatomy is astounding. Thanks to Raff and the whole team.
Lakelands Health and Performance has amazing staff that are very knowledgeable in their fields. I've been getting remedial massages from Rafa for a couple months now and hands down the most efficient and accurate massage for my lower back issues. The staff are super friendly and are willing to help as much as possible. Highly recommend Ben too, as my partner has been seeing him for a while now and loves the treatment plan Ben has created.
I was struggling with neck issues post surgery. Started to see Dr Joey for dry needling and she has improved my pain massively. Highly recommend Dr Joey.
Shoutout to my guy Raff at LHP who has been incredible in getting me marathon-ready. His deep knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach have made a huge difference in my training. Every session leaves me feeling stronger and more prepared. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Every interaction I’ve had with any of the other staff has always been great too. Great work legends!
