If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently visited Lakelands Dentist for the first, and unfortunately, it was an awful experience. Upon entering the reception staff were polite and friendly but from the moment I walked in to the dentists room, it was like a nightmare. Both the dentist and the assistant appeared unsure of their tasks, with the dentist frequently changing his mind and needing to stop mid-procedure to change things and assist the assistant. I am someone who has had a lot of anxiety and fear in regards to the dentist due to past experiences at a different dentist. However at Lakelands dental today the dentists who worked with me we’re kind and understanding and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and the treatment plan why still making sure I new it was going to be ok as he could see that I have anxiety. I would highly recommend Lakelands dental to anyone such kind and friendly staff.
After having a not so good dental experience with another local dentist I found lakelands dental and Dr Vraj to be very careing and awear I was a little nervous to have some dental work done , he made me feel at ease and talked me thru his procedure . Ive now been back numerous times and feel completely at ease each time, thank you and the team there for careing and making the visits a comfortable experience now ☺️.
