We have been going to Lakeland for 5 years now and every time we have gone we have had a wonderful experience. They are thorough and reasonable and show care and love towards my dog each time. Recently my dog had dental work done as he was getting lots of teeth infections from the plaque buildup, they pulled 7 teeth and cleaned up the rest. Below are the before and after pictures, a huge difference!!! Thanks for all you’ve done and will continue to do for our family fur baby!
Dr. Tatchuck saved our boy. She came in after hours twice within the span of an hour and performed emergency surgery to untwist our dog’s stomach. She continued monitoring him closely throughout the next day as well. In such a scary moment, she prioritized my dog and getting him the care he needed above everything else. Her dedication, quick action, and compassion meant the world to us. Even in the middle of the chaos, I knew my boy was in the best hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did.

Disappointed with this place, you know what you did.An automated machine (that doesn't work) instead of a good ol phone call would rather work for you guys . Now my dog has to wait for his surgery because of your laziness to just pick up the phone. Your not people friendly. No Dr, your machine did not call me, nor did one of your employees. The appointment was on a Thursday I phoned Wednesday to make sure it was still going to happen. You booked for Wednesday. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for frosty/lucky. When we took him on as a rescue horse, we just had no clue how we were gonna manage this Thank you so much, Dr. Haas. And staff.
