Friendly, but did not correct the problem. I did buy the topper there also.
Topper is great meets every need I asked of them. Delivery was right on time and the install was done in half the time they quoted. I will come back here for my next truck.

Cap came in early, install was completed under the scheduled time, staff was professional and friendly. If I had another truck that needed a cap I would purchase it at Lakeland.
