Excellent service from browsing., deciding which hot tub to instelation. All staff were well informed and gave good advice
5 years since we bought a Swim Spa from Lakeland. We were not able to see the model we ultimately bought as it was coming from Las Vegas and the first model sold in the UK but had every question answered efficiently and the whole experience was professional. As for after sales service - Second to none,Catherine, Holly and the guys always at the end of the phone and HAPPY to help. Fantastic service from Lakeland spas! We spent a few months researching and reviewing which was the best company to buy our hot tub from and I’m glad we chose Lakeland spas!! From ordering the tub through to delivery the team answered any questions I had! Delivery was prompt and efficient, the team did an excellent job getting the tub exactly where and how we wanted it! Great company and highly recommended!!!
Excellent customer service, really helpful and answered any questions we had. Installation was quick and they made it look easy. The engineer fully explained how to use it. Highly recommended
Bit of a long write up but hopefully worth the read. We decided that we were going to invest in a hot tub/spa and rang the team at Lakeland and my goodness they could not be more helpful and without any pressure – thank you Hollie. Because I had so many questions they suggested that Mark gave me a call, which he did and because of my work pattern this was on an evening when I was able to take the call.
