Honestly if it wasn’t for the physicians (especially Dr Alvarez who was my pediatrician) my kids wouldn’t come here. My son broke his leg first weekend of Sept 2024. I called right away to have them send him to an orthopedic and was told authorizations take at least 14 business days! Excuse me what?! I made sure to pester them and I got him in in a week. Well my son got off his cast 6weeks ago. Same day I took the ortho referral for physical therapy to the winter haven office. He has yet to see physical therapy!! What the he... read more
Literally call today to get an appointment for my son at 8am the office just open and the lady told me all the appointments are taken I ask her how is all the appointments taken when the office just open at 8am she literally did not care what was going on with my child , and my sone has Asthma , been a patent for year and all of a sudden it’s like they change and don’t care about the patient needs
Why would they schedule a doctors first appointment at 8:30 if the doctor never shows up before 9! I was told the doctor lives in Lakeland so it takes longer to get here. Why is the doctor not leaving their house earlier? If I’m going to be here on time for an appointment the doctor should as well. We have jobs ourselves to get to on time.
Horrible "health care". Dismissive, discriminatory, and rude Doctor. RUN FAR from this place.
