I spoke to DARLENE today front desk, extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to my little sister’s dermatologist appointment and I’m her legal guardian. I didn’t bring my legal guardian paperwork and she laughed and denied me. I understand me not bringing in the system, but she laughed again when I called my mom for guidance because she’s in remission for a heart attack. She laughed and was extremely rude to me for no reason at all. So unprofessional
