I am giving a two in hopes that more people will see this review and stay away from even attempting an appointment with this office. I've got Stage 4 cancer and have been waiting 3 months to see Grana. 3 months, and you know what, I just got a call to reschedule because he's taking time off. What an absolute joke. This place has been riding the excuse for MONTHS AND MONTHS "that their other Dr. retired". If I could give zero stars, I would. But I can’t, so I will leave a one star Wasted an hour plus of MY busy day on Thursday 2/19/2026 because the office don’t bother to call me or leave me a voice mail telling me that my appointment was cancelled. I even verified in their app that morning, and my appt. was showing. A little courtesy would go a long way - but apparently the receptionist can’t be bothered to do her job and ensure that all patients are contacted if the doctor suddenly changes his schedule and will not be in tha... read more
