With Corbin the home sale transaction with my home was seamless. I wasn’t ready to put my home on the market for a couple months but he asked if he could show it to one couple. I agreed and that was it!!! Sold! He was efficient and knowledgeable during the process.
We let Corbin know what type of property we were looking to purchase. We weren't in a hurry , so over 9 or 10 months he would ping us if something came up for sale. In 7/1 we closed on exactly what we wanted.

Corbin did a great job for us on our house search up North. We started looking in September on Realtor.com. Corbin responded immediately and showed us the house the same day. He showed us a couple houses coming to market, then we found our dream house on L. Bass Lake. Corbin really knows the area!
