0 stars !!! 0/10 would not recommend!! The clerk at eye desk when you first walk in is verrrryyyyy rude !! She tried to inconvenience my appointment! I came in at 9:30 it’s almost 11:30 and I’m still waiting to be seen ?? The only good help I got is from the older woman who schedule your appointments she was so helpful
I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Dr. Natasha N Hardeman and Dr. Rhonda Sullivan-Ford, both Obstetrician/Gynecologists. I was previously a patient of Dr. Sullivan-Ford when I had private insurance, and both doctors accepted all types of insurance when they were starting their practice. However, I was recently refused as a patient by both Dr. Hardeman and Dr. Sullivan-Ford solely because I now have Medicare insurance. I’ve been having complications with irregular bleeding and my primary care provider wasn’t trying to help me. I saw Natasha Hardeman today and she did not take my situation serious either. She scheduled me a follow up appointment and told me not to come back before then. I will NEVER come back to this place! Black female providers do not take their patients serious!!
