Horrible wait times and service.
Dr. Hardeman saved my life. I had been suffering from suicidal thoughts and attempts and a slew of other mental health issues since I was a young teen. Every doctor dismissed this. Every doctor told me I was too much, I was just going to be like this because of trauma. Staff is super nice and Dr. Hardeman is very comforting but my gosh the wait times! Both times I’ve been here it’s a min wait of an hour. Today was 2 hours before I even saw the doctor! After an hour I went to the front desk to check on the wait and was given attitude. Appointment was at 2:15 and didn’t see doc until 4pm. Had to cancel my 4pm appointment… Very frustrated and makes me not want to come back if the wait is going to continue to be 2 hours.
